Who we are and what this covers
Auto Trading Bots runs this website and the signal apps that go with it: the bots on its pages, their browser extensions and their Android apps. This policy says what personal data we receive, why, who else sees it, and what you can do about it. For questions, write to info@autotradingbots.ai. Our address is Joory Street - Jumeirah Village Triangle - District 3 - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
We collect only what each step needs.
| Where | What we receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Access request | Email address, the broker you trade with | To send your access key and set up your access |
| Contact form and chats | Your name if you give it, email, your message, your messenger handle | To answer you and to keep a record of the conversation |
| Newsletter | Email address | To send bot and broker updates you asked for |
| Paid plans | Order details and payment confirmation from the payment provider | To activate your plan and keep accounting records |
| Site visits | Browser type, device type, pages requested, IP address, in server logs | To run and secure the site |
| Signal apps and browser extensions | The broker, asset, market and period you ask about, your licence key if you enter one, IP address, in server logs | To answer each read and check your licence. The apps keep your choices and licence on your device only |
What we do not ask for
We do not ask for your broker password, and the bots do not need it. You log in to your broker yourself, in your own browser.
The Android apps ask for no account, no contacts, no location and no other permission than the internet connection each read needs. They show no ads and carry no analytics or tracking.
We do not ask for card numbers in chat or by email, and support will never do so.
How we use it
- To give you the access you asked for, and to support you.
- To take payment and meet accounting and tax rules.
- To send service messages, such as your access key or a change to these documents.
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed.
- To keep the site secure and to find and fix faults.
We rely on your request or contract for most of this, on our legitimate interest in running a safe service for the rest, and on your consent for the newsletter.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the companies that help us run the service, and only what they need:
- hosting and email delivery providers;
- payment providers, when you buy a plan;
- Telegram or WhatsApp, when you choose to chat with us there, under their own policies;
- a partner broker, when you ask for free access, so that your new account can be linked to your request;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your access is active and for as long as we need it for the purpose above. Accounting records stay for the period the law requires. Messages to support are kept for a limited time so we can help you with follow-ups, then deleted. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, limit who on our team can see personal data, and keep our systems updated. No online service is perfectly secure, so if we find a breach that puts you at risk, we tell you and the regulator where the law says we must.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong;
- delete your data;
- limit or stop how we use it;
- give you a copy you can move elsewhere;
- stop sending you the newsletter, which every email also lets you do.
Send the request to info@autotradingbots.ai. We answer within 30 days. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Data that crosses borders
Our providers may process data in other countries. When that happens, we use the safeguards your local law accepts, such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us data, tell us and we will delete it.
Cookies and similar storage
The site keeps two small preferences in your browser and sets no advertising cookies. The Cookie policy lists them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and its date, currently September 30, 2026, and we tell active users when the change matters to them.
